I am so sorry this recipe didn't turn out...Hi! I am so sorry this recipe didn't turn out for you. I have one suggestion that might help. I recommend using a tester especially in the larger loaf pan. Because oven temperatures vary, there can be discrepancies in bake time. What might take 50 minutes in my oven could take an hour or longer in your oven or vice versa. Just had ...This recipe didn't turn out for me. Just had to throw it out because it didn't ever cook in the middle. In letting it rest overnight, it fell in the middle and when I cut it, it was all gooey and uncooked in the middle, all the way from one end to the other. <br />Yuch and a disappointment when I had promised to bring a snack to an event I'm going to this morning and now have no time to make something else.<br />I will add that I am an experienced cook and baker.
